About My Store
After the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election, and amidst the shifting tides of political movements globally, I felt compelled to create a collection of merchandise that serves as a subtle yet powerful way to express political sentiment. Our products, many of them featuring the trademarked phrase, "I hope you get the future you voted for", are designed as both a form of advocacy and a tool for reflection. They give individuals the chance to express their beliefs and engage in political dialogue in a way that is approachable, thought-provoking, and rooted in activism. Whether worn proudly or shared as a conversation starter, our merchandise is about making a statement while encouraging reflection on the future we’re collectively shaping.

The phrase "I hope you get the future you voted for" is intentionally layered in its meaning. For some, it may come across as a tongue-in-cheek remark, highlighting the irony of voting against one’s long-term best interests. When we vote for short-term gains or give in to anti-intellectualism, the repercussions can be devastating — not just for ourselves, but for generations to come. This interpretation of the phrase can serve as a warning about the far-reaching consequences of decisions made in the voting booth, especially when they perpetuate harm for marginalized communities. It’s a subtle but pointed reminder that the effects of these choices will echo far beyond the next election cycle.

For others, the phrase can also be seen in a more positive light — an expression of hope and optimism for the future. It invites us to dream of a better tomorrow and to work together to build that reality. Political engagement isn’t just about voting — it’s about staying involved, advocating for change, and making sure that the future we’re all working toward is one that includes justice, equity, and opportunity for all. By wearing this phrase, you join a collective effort to ensure that the future we vote for is the one we truly want to see.

At the heart of our store is the belief that activism can take many forms. Whether through wearing a message, sparking a conversation, or simply reflecting on the future we are collectively creating, every small act counts. We hope our products serve as a tool for empowerment, action, and a reminder that our votes — our voices — shape the world to come.
